Creates the Rights Against Forced Arbitration Act, prohibiting sellers from requiring Illinois consumers to arbitrate claims arising in Illinois in locations outside the state or under another state's laws

Contract provisions violating these protections are voidable by the consumer, with disputes then adjudicated in Illinois under Illinois law

Consumers enforcing rights under the Act may recover reasonable attorney's fees in addition to injunctive relief and other available remedies

Establishes that if a drafting party (employer or business) fails to pay required arbitration fees within 30 days of the due date, they are in material breach and waive their right to compel arbitration
