Extends the repeal date from January 1, 2027 to January 1, 2032 for seven professional licensing acts: Cemetery Oversight Act, Community Association Manager Licensing and Disciplinary Act, Detection of Deception Examiners Act, Home Inspector License Act, Real Estate Appraiser Licensing Act of 2002, Registered Interior Designers Act, and Landscape Architecture Registration Act.

Amends the Auction License Act to modify provisions on license necessity, renewal, restoration, nonresident auctioneer reciprocity, and illegal discrimination, while repealing provisions concerning actions for compensation.

Updates multiple professional licensing acts with administrative changes including modifications to board structures, application requirements, license renewal procedures, disciplinary grounds, and investigation processes.

Exempts certain sole proprietorships and single-member business entities owned by one licensed auctioneer from auction firm licensing requirements under specified conditions.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
