Establishes the Emerging Adult Criminal Justice Task Force within the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority to review laws and practices affecting individuals ages 18-25 across pretrial, sentencing, corrections, supervision, and reentry stages.

Task Force membership includes 8 state legislators (bipartisan), state agency directors, judges, State's Attorneys, Public Defenders, law enforcement, victims' rights representatives, community organizations, and two individuals with lived experience of justice involvement as emerging adults.

Requires at least 3 public hearings in different regions of Illinois, with the first meeting held within 60 days of member appointments.

Interim report due to the Governor and General Assembly by January 31, 2027; final report with findings, draft statutory language, and fiscal impact estimates due by December 1, 2027.

Act repeals automatically on June 30, 2028, and takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
