Requires condominium and common interest community association boards to maintain a website accessible to unit owners with information about board meetings, association meetings, agendas, and minutes from the last meeting.

Mandates quarterly electronic transmission via email to all members of the association's financial data, including receipts, expenses, invoices, contracts, and obligations.

Requires any fee increase exceeding 10% to be approved by 75% of unit owners, regardless of other provisions in the Act or association instruments.

Amends both the Common Interest Community Association Act (765 ILCS 160) and the Condominium Property Act (765 ILCS 605).
