Reduces the licensing term for community developmental services agencies from 3 years to 2 years under the Community-Integrated Living Arrangements Licensure and Certification Act.

Agencies provide community-integrated living arrangements for individuals with developmental disabilities, including treatment, training, habilitation, and rehabilitation services.

Application and renewal fees remain capped at no more than $200, as established by the Department.
