Extends the estimated completion date for a Tax Increment Financing (TIF) redevelopment project in the Village of Lisle originally established by ordinance on March 2, 2015.

Amends Section 11-74.4-3.5 of the Illinois Municipal Code (Tax Increment Allocation Redevelopment Act) to allow extended timelines for project completion and debt retirement.

Applies specifically to obligations issued to finance redevelopment project costs, including refunding bonds, associated with the Lisle TIF district.
