Requires the Department of Healthcare and Family Services, with the Department on Aging and PACE organizations, to develop and maintain educational and outreach materials about the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE)

Materials must explain the integrated care model, eligibility requirements, voluntary enrollment process, specific benefits including medical, social, and long-term care services, and contact information for all active PACE organizations in Illinois

Educational materials must be available in both printed and electronic formats and translated into the 3 most commonly spoken languages in the State other than English

Department must distribute materials to Area Agencies on Aging, local health departments, and hospitals in PACE service areas

Each contracted PACE organization must maintain a supply of materials for public distribution
