Amends the Illinois Line of Duty Compensation Act (820 ILCS 315) to include animal control officers and animal wardens within the scope of covered personnel eligible for death benefits

Defines "animal control officer" or "animal warden" as a State or local government employee appointed to enforce animal regulation statutes and protect public health and safety

Extends eligibility for line-of-duty death compensation to families of animal control officers and animal wardens killed while performing official duties due to violence or accidental causes

Death must occur within one year of the injury to qualify, and benefits are excluded if death resulted from willful misconduct or intoxication of the officer

Compensation amounts follow the same tiered structure as other covered personnel, with current benefits adjusted annually based on Consumer Price Index increases
