Appropriates $2,225,841,568 in total funding for the Illinois Department on Aging for fiscal year 2027 (July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027), comprising $1,999,065,468 from General Funds, $13,670,500 from Other State Funds, and $213,105,600 from Federal Funds.

Allocates $1,750,500,000 for the Community Care Program to purchase services for seniors, including $750,500,000 from the General Revenue Fund and $1,000,000,000 from the Commitment to Human Services Fund.

Provides funding for senior nutrition programs including $63,300,000 for Home Delivered Meals, $35,000,000 for Congregate Meals (Title III C-1), and $45,000,000 for Home Delivered Meals (Title III C-2).

Appropriates $29,684,800 for Adult Protective Services and $10,525,500 for the Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program to protect aging client rights.

Funds senior support programs including $13,000,000 for the National Family Caregiver Support Program, $4,000,000 for Title V Employment Services, and $17,590,500 for Planning and Service Grants to Area Agencies on Aging.
