Appropriates $219,946,700 total for the Illinois Department of Agriculture for fiscal year 2027 (beginning July 1, 2026), consisting of $33,781,300 from General Funds, $129,597,000 from Other State Funds, and $56,568,400 from Federal Funds.

Allocates $20,554,900 from the Cannabis Regulation Fund for costs associated with the Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act, plus $10,130,000 from the Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Fund and $2,100,300 for Industrial Hemp Act enforcement.

Provides $8,333,300 from the Weights and Measures Fund for weights and measures operations, including personal services, equipment, and auto equipment operation.

Funds agricultural support programs including $10,000,000 for the State Cooperative Extension Service Trust Fund, $650,000 total for Future Farmers of America programs, and $100,000 for the Agriculture Equity Commission.

Supports meat and poultry inspection ($6,327,200 from General Revenue), animal health and welfare ($2,757,200 from General Revenue), and agricultural marketing and promotion activities including biotechnology industry development and viticulture/enology staffing.
