Appropriates $628,796,205 total for the Illinois Department of Natural Resources for fiscal year 2027 (beginning July 1, 2026), consisting of $97,945,800 from General Funds, $479,723,783 from Other State Funds, and $51,126,622 from Federal Funds.

Allocates funding across multiple DNR offices including General Office ($23,262,900), Office of Realty and Capital Planning ($14,552,600), Office of Strategic Services ($17,378,700), and Office of Resource Conservation.

Provides $10,000,000 from the State Facility Repair and Maintenance Fund for repairs, maintenance, and permanent improvements to DNR facilities.

Funds specific programs including $3,475,000 for the Sparta World Shooting and Recreation Complex, $1,800,000 for Chronic Wasting Disease and wildlife containment programs, and $225,000 for an Urban Fishing Program with Chicago Park District.
