Appropriates $190,406,100 total for the Illinois Department of Juvenile Justice for fiscal year 2027 (July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027), with $174,906,100 from General Funds and $15,500,000 from Other State Funds.

Funds six Illinois Youth Centers: Chicago ($21.3M), Harrisburg ($27.5M), Lincoln ($15M for operational expenses), Pere Marquette ($11.6M), St. Charles ($26.2M), and Warrenville ($17.9M).

Allocates $13.9 million for the School District division, including $4.3 million specifically for high school education services for incarcerated individuals.

Provides $24.5 million for the Community Services Division, which includes $12.9 million for contractual services related to paroled and discharged youth.

Designates $1,658,700 for investigating complaints, evaluating policies, and securing the rights of committed youth, plus $83,000 for positive behavior interventions and supports.
