Appropriates $446,421,800 total for the Illinois Department of Employment Security for fiscal year 2027 (beginning July 1, 2026), with $419,066,800 from federal funds, $20,855,000 from general funds, and $6,500,000 from other state funds.

Allocates $390,657,500 from the Title III Social Security and Employment Fund for operational expenses, awards, grants, and permanent improvements.

Provides $23,900,000 for Employment Security Automation expenses and $2,100,000 from the Unemployment Compensation Special Administration Fund for legal assistance and refund interest.

Designates $28,234,300 for unemployment compensation benefits to former state employees, including $6,500,000 from the Road Fund for former Department of Transportation workers.

Includes $700,000 for a Homelessness Prevention administrative data pilot and $155,000 for diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility initiatives.
