Appropriates $1,107,615,900 total for the Illinois Department of Innovation and Technology for fiscal year 2027 (beginning July 1, 2026), with $393,399,200 from General Funds and $714,216,700 from Other State Funds.

Allocates $115,409,200 from General Revenue Fund for personal services ($107,206,100) and state contributions to Social Security ($8,203,100).

Provides $3,000,000 from General Revenue Fund plus $3,000,000 from DoIT Special Projects Fund for an Artificial Intelligence Innovation Program.

Appropriates $12,000,000 from DoIT Special Projects Fund for cybersecurity expenses authorized under the federal Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA).

Allocates $17,500,000 from Personal Property Tax Replacement Fund for the Illinois Century Network and broadband projects.
