Allocates $12,433,300 from General Revenue Fund for department operations, including $10,200,000 for personal services, $773,300 for Social Security contributions, and $770,000 for electronic data processing

Appropriates $4,000,000 from the Child Labor and Day and Temporary Labor Services Enforcement Fund for administering child labor and temporary labor services laws

Dedicates $6,000,000 in federal funds for OSHA programs: $4,000,000 from the Federal Industrial Services Fund for occupational safety programs and $2,000,000 for public sector worksite safety enforcement
