Appropriates $3,298,355,000 from the State Lottery Fund for the Illinois Department of the Lottery for fiscal year 2027 (beginning July 1, 2026)

Allocates $3,000,000,000 for payment of prizes to winning lottery ticket holders, including Multi-State Lottery games and promotional prizes

Designates $272,550,000 for developing and promoting lottery games

Provides $7,100,000 for personal services and $13,393,000 for employee benefits (retirement contributions, Social Security, group insurance)

Includes operational funding for electronic data processing ($5,130,000), contractual services ($6,000,000), and telecommunications ($350,000)
