Appropriates $75,193,000 total for the Illinois Department of Military Affairs for fiscal year 2027 (beginning July 1, 2026), comprising $25,882,300 from General Funds, $6,100,000 from Other State Funds, and $43,210,700 from Federal Funds.

Allocates $21,203,800 for departmental operational expenses and $3,200,000 from General Revenue for Lincoln's Challenge program, with an additional $8,600,000 in federal funds for the same program.

Provides $20,000,000 from federal funds for Army National Guard facilities operations and maintenance, and $14,610,700 for Army/Air reimbursable positions.

Appropriates $5,000,000 from the Illinois Military Family Relief Fund for grants to Illinois National Guard members, armed forces members, and their families who meet eligibility requirements.

Includes $127,000 for care and preservation of historic artifacts, $1,000,000 for youth programs from the Military Affairs Trust Fund, and $100,000 for military justice expenses.
