Appropriates $47.45 billion total for the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services for fiscal year 2027 (beginning July 1, 2026), consisting of $8.78 billion from General Funds, $37.89 billion from Other State Funds, and $775 million from Federal Funds.

Allocates $6.08 billion from the General Revenue Fund for Medical Assistance providers and related operating and administrative costs, plus $2 billion from the Drug Rebate Fund for prescription drugs and managed care organization payments.

Provides $21 billion from the Healthcare Provider Relief Fund for Medical Assistance providers, along with $7.9 billion from the Hospital Provider Fund for hospitals and capitated managed care organizations.

Funds Child Support Services at $254.9 million, including $61.8 million from General Revenue and $86.9 million for contractual services, plus support for the State Disbursement Unit and paternity adjudication programs.

Appropriates $950 million from the Long-Term Care Provider Fund for skilled, intermediate, and long-term care services, and $4.1 billion from the County Provider Trust Fund for medical services.
