Appropriates $998,359,500 total for Illinois State Police ordinary and contingent expenses for fiscal year 2027 (beginning July 1, 2026), comprising $477,708,200 from General Funds, $460,651,300 from Other State Funds, and $60,000,000 from Federal Funds.

Allocates $474,458,800 from General Revenue Fund for Division of Operations, including $370,451,200 for personal services, $16,419,000 for telecommunications, and $3,000,000 for data system modernization and critical IT replacement.

Provides $230,000,000 from the Statewide 9-1-1 Fund for costs related to the Emergency Telephone System Act.

Designates $28,550,000 from the State Police Law Enforcement Administration Fund for a cadet program and $31,500,000 from the State Police Firearm Services Fund for Firearm Concealed Carry Act and FOID Card Act expenses.

Includes funding for cannabis program enforcement ($5,000,000 for adult-use, $2,200,000 for medical), $15,000,000 for state crime laboratories, and $30,000,000 for vehicle purchases.
