Appropriates $312,202,000 in Other State Funds for the Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority (MPEA) for fiscal year 2027, beginning July 1, 2026

Allocates $279,169,200 from the McCormick Place Expansion Project Fund for debt service on McCormick Place Expansion Project Bonds, plus related trustee and legal expenses

Provides $15,000,000 from the MPEA Incentive Fund for corporate purposes, including incentive grant funds

Grants $18,032,800 from the Chicago Travel Industry Promotion Fund to Choose Chicago for tourism promotion
