Appropriates $25,906,800 total for the Illinois Arts Council for fiscal year 2027 (July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027), comprising $24,511,800 from General Funds, $1,325,000 from Federal Funds, and $70,000 from Other State Funds.

Allocates $17,207,200 from General Revenue for grants and administrative expenses, including $7,570,400 for arts organizations and individual artists, $3,429,000 for arts education, and $3,308,000 for underserved constituencies.

Provides $2,901,300 for Illinois Arts Council operational expenses and $393,000 for additional administrative costs.

Designates $1,657,800 for grants to public radio and television stations under the Public Radio and Television Grant Act, and $1,445,000 as a grant to the Illinois Humanities Council.
