Appropriates $57,543,600 in Other State Funds for the Capital Development Board's ordinary and contingent expenses for fiscal year 2027 (beginning July 1, 2026)

Allocates $9,708,900 from the Capital Development Fund for General Office operations, including $5,520,300 for personal services and $2,398,900 for state employee retirement contributions

Provides $47,334,700 from the Capital Development Board Revolving Fund for personnel costs, contractual services, facility condition assessments ($2,500,000), and project management tracking ($4,500,000)

Appropriates $500,000 from the Energy Transition Assistance Fund for administration of the Energy Transition Act, including development of the Illinois Stretch Energy Code

Takes effect July 1, 2026
