Appropriates $663,542,690 total for the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency for fiscal year 2027 (beginning July 1, 2026), comprising $536,333,587 from Other State Funds and $127,209,103 from Federal Funds.

Allocates $61,893,000 from the Underground Storage Tank Fund for program operations, including $40,100,000 for site remediation and reimbursements to owners/operators of leaking underground storage tanks.

Provides $14,600,000 from the Electric Vehicle and Charging Fund for administering the Electric Vehicle and Charging Program, including $14,000,000 for grants and rebates.

Appropriates $38,000,000 from the EPA Court Trust Fund for costs associated with court orders and settlements, and $32,000,000 from the Motor Fuel Tax Fund for deposit into the Vehicle Inspection Fund.

Funds air pollution control programs with $25,358,200 from the Clean Air Act Permit Fund for Title V activities and $16,512,000 from the U.S. Environmental Protection Fund for federal environmental projects.
