Appropriates $141,287,910 total for the Illinois Law Enforcement Training Standards Board for fiscal year 2027 (beginning July 1, 2026), including $133,287,910 from Other State Funds and $8,000,000 from Federal Funds.

Allocates $66,467,900 from the Law Enforcement Training Fund for operations, including $18,500,000 for basic training, $24,191,000 for in-service training, and $9,115,300 for personal services.

Provides $4,000,000 in new funding plus $54,820,010 in reappropriated funds from the Law Enforcement Camera Grant Fund for grants to local governments for police vehicle cameras, officer training, and data storage.

Appropriates $8,000,000 from federal project funds for various federal law enforcement training projects.

Effective date is July 1, 2026.
