Appropriates $497,068,568 total for the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority (ICJIA) for fiscal year 2027 (beginning July 1, 2026), comprising $100,538,850 from General Funds, $232,067,751 from Other State Funds, and $164,461,967 from Federal Funds.

Allocates $180 million from the Criminal Justice Information Projects Fund for the Restore, Reinvest, and Renew Program, plus $2.19 million for research and evaluation of these programs.

Provides $16.3 million for Community-Based Violence Prevention Programs, $13 million for Adult Redeploy and Diversion Programs, and $20 million for the Violent Crime Witness Protection Program.

Funds specific initiatives including $5 million for the Home Illinois Program to address homelessness, $5 million for co-responder pilot programs, $5 million for less lethal weapon alternatives for law enforcement, and $3 million for the Safe From the Start Program.

Supports operational costs including $7.4 million for ICJIA operations, $140 million in Criminal Justice Trust Fund grants to local governments and nonprofits, and various smaller appropriations for programs addressing domestic violence, bullying prevention, trauma recovery, and deflection/addiction treatment.
