Appropriates $299,454,900 in Other State Funds for the Illinois Department of Gaming Regulation and Enforcement for fiscal year 2027 (beginning July 1, 2026)

Allocates $276,987,000 from the State Gaming Fund, including $190,000,000 for distributions to local governments for admissions and wagering taxes and $24,400,000 for personal services

Provides $23,070,000 for Video Gaming Act administration and $6,575,000 for Illinois Gambling Act administration from the State Gaming Fund

Appropriates $17,500,000 from the Sports Wagering Fund, with $16,000,000 designated for local government wagering tax distributions

Allocates $4,967,900 from the Horse Racing Fund for administration of the Horse Racing Act of 1975
