Appropriates $77,527,220 total for the Illinois Office of the State Fire Marshal for fiscal year 2027 (beginning July 1, 2026), including $76,527,220 from state funds and $1,000,000 from federal funds.

Allocates $41,959,900 from the Fire Prevention Fund for general office operations, including $19,416,000 for personal services, $8,437,400 for state retirement contributions, and $5,456,000 for group insurance.

Provides $6,978,500 from the Underground Storage Tank Fund for personnel, equipment, and operations related to underground storage tank regulation.

Funds firefighter training and support programs, including $6,000,000 for the Small Equipment Grant Program, $5,500,000 for Fire Station Rehabilitation and Construction Grants, $5,360,500 for Chicago Fire Department Training, and $1,000,000 for Minimum Basic Firefighter Training.

Includes specialized appropriations for firefighter cancer screenings ($500,000), Firefighter Peer Support Program ($75,000), Medal of Honor Ceremony and scholarships ($300,000), and Fire Museum Building renovation ($526,809 reappropriated).
