Appropriates $235,512,700 total for Southern Illinois University's ordinary and contingent expenses for fiscal year 2027 (beginning July 1, 2026), with $234,246,700 from General Funds and $1,266,000 from Other State Funds.

Allocates $228,286,700 from the Education Assistance Fund for general operational expenses and $1,130,600 for the Simmons Cancer Institute.

Provides $1,000,000 for the National Corn-to-Ethanol Research Center and ethanol research grants, and $62,800 for the Daily Egyptian Newspaper.

Designates $1,250,000 from the General Professions Dedicated Fund for pharmacy practice education programs at the Edwardsville campus and $2,700,000 for programming at the former Lindenwood Campus in Belleville.

Includes $500,000 for a six-month study on automatic 911 emergency information distribution to schools and public safety personnel, plus grants to local school districts for implementation.
