Allocates $670,619,400 from the Education Assistance Fund for general operational expenses and $2,304,400 for Labor and Employment Relations programs (degree and certificate programs)

Provides $40,380,600 for University of Illinois Hospital operating costs and $15,373,200 for Prairie Research Institute

Funds specialized programs including $3,000,000 for the Illinois Innocence Project at UIS, $8,040,800 for Illinois Fire Service Institute, $2,000,000 for Climate Jobs Institute, and $750,000 for Hispanic Center of Excellence

Supports various research and public health initiatives including $300,000 for emergency mosquito abatement, $500,000 for hazardous waste research, and $250,000 for pet population control at the College of Veterinary Medicine
