Appropriates $515,526,200 total for the Illinois Community College Board for fiscal year 2027 (ending June 30, 2027), comprising $343,131,200 from General Funds, $121,395,000 from Other State Funds, and $51,000,000 from Federal Funds.

Allocates $299,402,100 for base operating grants and equalization grants to public community colleges, funded through the Personal Property Tax Replacement Fund and Education Assistance Fund.

Provides $28,794,400 for bridge and workforce programs, $18,989,900 for career and technical education, and $7,000,000 for advanced manufacturing and electric vehicle technologies programs.

Designates $23,801,900 for adult education and literacy activities, plus $27,400,000 from federal funds for adult education services through the U.S. Department of Education.
