Appropriates $2,377,851,648 total for the State Universities Retirement System (SURS) for fiscal year 2027, beginning July 1, 2026

Allocates $2,116,144,000 from the General Revenue Fund for the State's required contribution to SURS

Provides $250,000,000 from the State Pensions Fund pursuant to Section 8.12 of the State Finance Act

Appropriates $11,707,648 from the Education Assistance Fund for deposit into the Community College Health Insurance Security Fund for State contributions
