Appropriates $87,100,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Office of Statewide Pretrial Services for operational expenses, awards, grants, permanent improvements, and pretrial services reimbursements for fiscal year ending June 30, 2027

Allocates $1,000,000 from the Office of Statewide Pretrial Services State Projects Fund for state project expenses

Appropriates $5,000,000 from the Federal Projects Fund for federal project-related expenses

Provides $500,000 from the Indirect Cost Fund for administrative expenses

Total appropriations across all funds: $93,600,000, effective July 1, 2026
