Appropriates $573,827,400 from the General Revenue Fund to the Illinois Supreme Court for operational expenses, awards, grants, permanent improvements, and probation reimbursements for fiscal year ending June 30, 2027

Allocates $29,131,200 from the Mandatory Arbitration Fund for Mandatory Arbitration Programs, plus an additional $5,000,000 for reducing case backlogs, modernizing court technology, and supporting Access to Justice Programs

Provides $10,000,000 from the Public Defender Fund to supply funding to counties for public defenders and public defender services

Appropriates $20,793,900 from the Supreme Court Special Purposes Fund for electronic filing oversight, case management systems, and Supreme Court committees and commissions

Includes smaller appropriations: $10,000,000 for federal projects, $6,000,000 for state projects, $1,000,000 for administrative expenses, $708,800 for Foreign Language Interpreter Program, and $500,000 for cannabis expungement petition facilitation
