Appropriates $37,204,600 from the General Revenue Fund to the Illinois State Board of Elections for operational expenses, grants, and reimbursements for fiscal year 2027.

Allocates $1,000,000 from the Elections Special Projects Fund for State Board of Elections operational expenses and grants.

Provides $4,973,500 from the Personal Property Tax Replacement Fund for county reimbursements, including $4,226,000 for Election Day judge compensation and $747,500 for lump sum county awards.

Appropriates $11,661,100 from the Help Illinois Vote Fund for Help America Vote Act implementation, including $1,036,100 for statewide voter registration system maintenance and $10,625,000 for HAVA Election Security Grants.

Effective July 1, 2026, with total appropriations across all funds of approximately $54.8 million.
