Appropriates $31,820,800 from the General Revenue Fund for the Office of the State Comptroller's ordinary and contingent expenses in FY2027, including $250,000 for the Comptroller's Office of Inspector General.

Allocates $111,371,200 from the Personal Property Tax Replacement Fund for payments to official court reporters.

Provides $1,259,500 from the General Revenue Fund for salaries of six elected Executive Branch officers, with the Governor receiving $245,600 and other constitutional officers receiving between $192,100 and $218,800.

Appropriates $18,229,000 from the General Revenue Fund for salaries of appointed Executive Branch officers across numerous state departments, boards, and commissions.

Allocates $23,703,700 for General Assembly member salaries ($101,450 base pay), leadership positions, per diem allowances, and mileage reimbursements, plus $535,600 for the Auditor General's office.
