Appropriates funds from various state funds to the Office of the Secretary of State for ordinary and contingent expenses in State Fiscal Year 2027, effective July 1, 2026.

Allocates approximately $162.5 million from the General Revenue Fund for regular positions in the Motor Vehicle Group, plus $10.2 million for extra help in that division.

Provides $72.3 million from the General Revenue Fund for regular positions in the General Administrative Group, with additional funding from specialized funds including the Securities Audit and Enforcement Fund ($6.6 million) and Department of Business Services Special Operations Fund ($8.3 million).

Funds employee benefits including contributions to the State Employees' Retirement System, Social Security, and group insurance across multiple organizational units (Executive Group, General Administrative Group, and Motor Vehicle Group).

Covers operational expenses including contractual services, travel, commodities, printing, equipment, telecommunications, and automotive equipment operation across multiple funding sources including the Road Fund, Motor Fuel Tax Fund, and various specialized funds.
