Appropriates $4,789,600 to the Commission on Government Forecasting and Accountability for FY27 operational expenses, plus $1,500,000 for pension contributions to the State Employees' Retirement System for legislative staff.

Allocates $2,645,600 to the Architect of the Capitol for ordinary expenses and reappropriates up to $3,500,000 in unexpended funds for equipment purchases.

Provides $1,390,700 to the Joint Committee on Administrative Rules, $500,000 to the Legislative Audit Commission, $200,000 to the Legislative Ethics Commission, and $920,000 to the Legislative Inspector General for operational expenses.

Appropriates $6,642,000 to the Legislative Information System from the General Revenue Fund, plus $1,600,000 from the General Assembly Computer Equipment Revolving Fund for electronic data processing equipment.

Allocates $3,738,000 to the Legislative Printing Unit and $4,713,200 to the Legislative Reference Bureau for FY27 operations beginning July 1, 2026.
