Appropriates a total of $2.6 million from the General Revenue Fund for 2030 Census preparation efforts across three state agencies, effective July 1, 2026.

Allocates $500,000 to the Department of Human Services to open a 2030 State Census Office by June 30, 2027, plan a statewide Notice of Funding Opportunity, and convene a Census Advisory Panel.

Allocates $500,000 to the Secretary of State for planning a public communications campaign and establishing a 2030 Complete Count Commission after June 30, 2027.

Allocates $1,600,000 to the Department of Public Health for the State Demographer's office and to coordinate with tribal and local governments on the Local Update of Census Addresses (LUCA) in 2027.

Authorizes sub-grants to tribal and local governments participating in LUCA, prioritizing communities estimated to have been undercounted in the 2020 Census.
