Honors Sergeant First Class Theodore Alexander Katsoolias, a U.S. Army member of 1st Battalion, 38th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Infantry Division who went missing during the Korean War

SFC Katsoolias went missing during the withdrawal to Kujang on November 25, 1950, when approximately 300,000 Chinese Communist Forces launched a counteroffensive; he was never reported as a prisoner of war and his remains have not been recovered

Requests the Illinois Department of Transportation erect appropriate plaques or signs along the designated highway

Directs copies of the resolution be presented to SFC Katsoolias' family, West Chicago Mayor Ruben Pineda, and the Secretary of IDOT
