Credits his work on P.A. 89-1 extending property tax caps to Cook County's 5.1 million residents and P.A. 89-126 creating the three-person Cook County Board of Review with appeal rights for over 1.8 million property parcels

Acknowledges his service as House Republican Chief of Staff from September 2015 until his retirement on July 31, 2025, serving under Leaders Jim Durkin and Tony McCombie through the 2015-2017 budget impasse and COVID-19 pandemic
