Congratulates Jeff Kolbus of Edwards, Illinois on being elected the 2025 president-elect of the Illinois Realtors Association

Recognizes his real estate career beginning in 1994, including leading Traders Realty starting in 2011 and becoming RE/MAX president in 2015 after merging 122 agents into the largest real estate agency in the Peoria area

Highlights his service on Illinois Realtors committees, including chairing the Finance Committee, Public Policy Forum, and Realtors Political Action Committee, as well as serving on the National Association of Realtors board of directors

Notes his induction into the RPAC Hall of Fame in 2023 with a lifetime investment of at least $25,000

Acknowledges his community involvement with the Home Builders Association of Greater Peoria, OSF St. Francis Medical Center Foundation, Children's Hospital of Illinois, and service on the City of Peoria Planning & Zoning Commission
