Commends Ken McCracken, 81 years old and Rio Township Road Commissioner for 46 years, for heroically rescuing a driver trapped in an overturned, smoking truck on September 2, 2025, by breaking through the windshield with a metal rod and dragging him to safety moments before the gas tank exploded

Recognizes Connie Flack, who witnessed the accident from her farmhouse porch and immediately called for help, and Rhonda McCracken, who called 911 while responding to the scene

Commends EMTs Kevin Devlin and Sid Carlson, along with Knox County Sheriff Jack Harlan, for their emergency response to the accident at the intersection of 2400 North and 050 East in Knox County

Directs that copies of the resolution be presented to all honorees as an expression of respect for their swift actions in saving the driver's life
