Illinois House Resolution congratulating Oak Prairie Middle School's cheerleading team, the Bulldogs, for winning the 2026 IESA Class 1A state cheerleading tournament

The team set a Class 1A history record with a raw score of 90.48 at the tournament held at Peoria Civic Center on February 11, 2026, competing against 29 of 96 teams

The Bulldogs finished first place five times and second place twice during their season while competing against both medium and large division teams

The 12-member team, led by Head Coach Summer Garrett, includes students from sixth through eighth grade who began training in March 2025
