Illinois House of Representatives memorial resolution honoring Patrick Cassidy "Pat" Finn, who passed away on December 22, 2025, at age 60.

Born in Wilmette on July 31, 1965, Finn graduated from Loyola Academy and Marquette University and trained at Second City in Chicago, later becoming a founding member of the iO West improv troupe Beer Shark Mice.

Television career included notable roles as Joe Mayo on Seinfeld, Dr. Roger on Friends, and Bill Norwood on The Middle (2010-2018), with recurring appearances on Murphy Brown, 3rd Rock from the Sun, Ed, and My Boys.

Served as adjunct professor teaching Improv for Strategic Communication at the University of Colorado, mentoring numerous students throughout his career.

Survived by wife Donna, children Cassidy, Caitlin, and Ryan, his parents, five siblings, and extended family; a copy of the resolution to be presented to his family.
