Amends Section 104 of the Illinois Parentage Act of 2015 regarding the scope and choice of law provisions for determining parentage

Requires courts to apply Illinois law, including its rules on choice of law, when adjudicating parent-child relationships

Changes existing language so that applicable law "may" (rather than "does not") depend on the place of birth of the child or the past or present residence of the child

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
