Amends Section 5-745 of the Juvenile Court Act of 1987 regarding court review procedures for minors in state custody

Expands the permanency hearing requirements for minors in Illinois Department of Children and Family Services custody by adding references to subsections (1.5), (1.6), and (2.5) of Section 2-28 of Article II

Requires courts to conduct permanency hearings as specified in the updated subsections when a minor is in DCFS custody pursuant to an order entered under this Article

Maintains existing requirements for the Department of Juvenile Justice to notify courts of critical incidents, youth held beyond release dates due to lack of aftercare placement, and youth held over one year in facilities
