Exempts tiny homes built for homeless or at-risk veterans from Electric Vehicle Charging Act requirements for EV-capable parking spaces

Applies only to tiny homes constructed by 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(19) nonprofit organizations that exclusively fund projects and services for veterans

Defines "tiny home" as a detached residential dwelling of no more than 800 square feet, excluding manufactured homes and multifamily residences

Requires counties and municipalities to mandate that applicants for veteran tiny home building permits submit an affidavit certifying the homes will exclusively house qualifying veterans

Prohibits all local governments, including home rule units, from adopting ordinances requiring EV-capable parking spaces for these veteran tiny home projects
