Authorizes the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO) to provide technical assistance to regional manufacturing partnerships through grants, contracts, or other agreements

Enables collaboration with employer associations representing manufacturers

Allows partnerships with secondary and postsecondary educational institutions, including public universities and community colleges

Permits coordination with workforce stakeholders, including local workforce innovation boards and local workforce innovation areas

All activities are subject to appropriation of funds by the legislature
