Amends the Interscholastic Athletic Organization Act to extend athletic eligibility for students receiving special education services

Requires interscholastic athletic associations and entities regulating school sports competitions to allow special education students to participate for as long as they receive special education services

Extends eligibility through the day before a student's 22nd birthday, aligning athletic participation with special education service eligibility under Article 14 of the School Code

Applies to all associations or entities that promote, sponsor, regulate, or provide for athletic competition among Illinois schools and students
