Amends the Illinois Gambling Act to expand provisions for retired Illinois Gaming Board investigators and sworn law enforcement personnel

Allows retiring investigators in good standing to purchase their previously issued badge (which must be permanently marked to distinguish from active officers) and/or service firearm (at replacement value) if they hold a valid FOID card

Requires the Gaming Board to allow retired sworn law enforcement personnel to keep their identification cards stamped with "RETIRED" in red lettering

Alternatively, the Board must issue photographic identification cards to retired sworn law enforcement personnel indicating their separation from service and prior employment

Mandates immediate replacement of lost or stolen retired identification cards upon written request by the retired personnel

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
